Yoga Basics: Emphasis is placed on the fundamental postures, core strength, balance, concentration and breath. Explores gentle movements to increase flexibility, strength and well-being. Students are led through stretches, yoga postures and breathing practices, and then guided into deep relaxation. Appropriate for all levels. Monday and Thursday evenings from 6:00-7:15 p.m.

Slow Flow: Bring light into all of your dark spaces! This class fluidly connects the postures using the breath. This is a practice that will move you through the entire body gently, slowly, and sweetly. We will take our time entering, exiting and maintaining each posture. Lots of modifications allow students of all levels to get exactly the class their body needs. A perfect way to start your day! Tuesday mornings from 8:30-9:45 and Saturday mornings from 10:00-11:30. All levels welcome!

 Yoga Flow: Not your conventional yoga class! The fluidity of this vigorous vinyasa practice transforms mechanized movement and thinking into a creative, pulsating wave flow! The room is kept between 76-80 degrees to facilitate a good detox. The muscles and joints respond to the heat by relaxing and allowing us to move deeper into a posture. Come prepared for some sweaty sun salutes  to eclectic music, ranging from ambient grooves and tribal beats to hip hop and traditional chanting! Wednesday nights from 7:15-8:30 p.m. The third Wednesday of each month is Yoga Pulse night, where the class is led to live drumming. Show up to practice, drum, or both!

CoreYoga: This class is a fusion of yoga and pilates that challenges strength, balance and flexibility. It will also help to increase stamina, focus the mind and tone the entire body. It includes core work, twists and inversions, and  yogaball exercises. Each class will begin with breath work and conclude with shavasana. All fitness levels welcome. Tuesday nights from 6:00-7:15.

Healing with Heat: This class utilizes restorative poses, pranayama (breathing techniques) and gentle flow sequences to quiet the body and mind. With the support of props, students passively stretch and energize the deep connective tissues of the body, open the joints, and restore alignment. Compliments a more active practice or sport. Also beneficial for those recovering from injury or trauma. Come enjoy the therapeutic benefits of conscious relaxation in a warm room (74-78 degrees). Wednesday nights from 6:00-7:00.

Private Yoga/Yoga Therapy: Private sessions with Erin are available by appointment for beginners, students with specific injuries or illness, or anyone looking to deepen their practice. Includes some bodywork. All sessions are 75 minutes. $50 if held at the studio and $65 if held off-site. Contact studio to schedule.
