Lindsay Hill was first introduced to yoga as a student at EKU in Fall 2007. As a member of EKU Dance Theatre, she was immediately drawn to how moving with awareness and intention improved her dance techniques, enhanced her performance skills, and helped avoid injury. This inspired her to pursue a yoga teaching certification, which she is currently working towards, at the OM place. Lindsay enjoys sharing her love of movement as a group fitness instructor at EKU in her Yoga, Yoga Abs, and Dance Fusion classes.

Kay has a BS in education from EKU and spends her time away from the studio as a wife and mom of two fabulous little girls.
