THAI YOGA SESSIONS combine assisted yoga stretches and compression to open the joints and release the connective tissue in the body. Benefits include
gentle muscle stretching, increased flexibility, deep relaxation, improved
posture, joint mobility and energy levels. Thai yoga has a vast array of
techniques. Erin uses her hands, feet, legs, knees and elbows to free the
tension held within your body. You remain fully clothed. A 75 minute class
with Erin costs $60.
DEEP
TISSUE BODYWORK uses a firm but
gentle pressure to improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve
flexibility and create relaxation. This approach uses long strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, and
vibration to work deeply into the musculature and fascia. David also employs
Myofascial Release in his bodywork sessions. $35 for
30 minutes, $55 for 60 minutes, and $75 for 90 minutes. A true
bargain!
