Story time comes alive with songs and yoga poses. Carefully selected literature that naturally lends itself to yoga! As we read we'll come across people, animals, and elements of nature that we know from yoga. If we don’t know a pose, we make it up together!This is NOT your parents’ yoga class! There is singing, drawing, breathing, moving, dancing, partner yoga, and lots of laughing in this class.

Yoga Flow at The Massage Center:

This is not your conventional yoga class! The fluidity of this vigorous vinyasa practice transforms mechanized movement and thinking into a creative, pulsating wave flow! The room is kept between 76-80 degrees to facilitate a good detox. The muscles and joints respond to the heat by relaxing and allowing us to move deeper into a posture. Come prepared for some sweaty sun salutes  to eclectic music, ranging from ambient grooves and tribal beats to hip hop and traditional chanting!

This is a gentle yoga class focusing on fundamental postures to improve strength, flexibility, and concentration. It includes breathing exercises and gentle restorative poses to improve clarity of mind. Appropriate for bodies of all sizes and shapes! Mats are provided, but bring one if you have it. Please bring a beach towel as well. Where else can you get stellar instruction in a beautiful setting at such a price?










YogaFit Anatomy & Alignment Workshop

In this interactive two-day workshop you will learn the musculoskeletal anatomy and biomechanics necessary to safely and effectively teach hatha yoga alignment based on the foundational principles of YogaFit's Seven Principles of Alignment (SPA). In this workshop, we look at SPA and beyond to explore detailed musculoskeletal and biomechanical principles applied specifically to hatha yoga postures that will help you to become a safer and more effective teacher.
