The Art of Adjusting & Assisting

A Workshop for yoga teachers of all disciplines, teachers-in-training, & seasoned practitioners

Presented by Erin Smith, EYRT and David Smith, MSPT

This workshop blends hands-on exploration with theory, demonstration and anatomy. This is a study in the basics of adjusting and how the foundation of any pose can be enhanced for each individual student.

When we approach adjustments from the belief that the energetic exchange that takes place is primarily intuitive in nature, they can be "custom made" to your student's individual needs at the moment.
