Our program offers a well-rounded exploration of yoga and the many ways that it can be shared in the world. We see yoga as a way to deepen our connection to ourselves, others, and the world. We believe that connection is our birthright and can be accessed by all.
As we explore yoga asana, we recognize that the science of how and why we move our bodies is ever-evolving.
As we explore meditation practices, we explore how neuroscience, psychology, spirituality, and contemplative practice intertwine with one another.
As we explore yoga philosophy, we consider how we can utilize these ancient principles in our current, day-to-day lives.
The only prerequisite for joining us on this journey is a desire to learn and grow.
