Each day will consist of two yoga classes (one active and one restorative), daily meditation at sunrise or sunset, three delicious farm to table meals each day, all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and plenty of time to soak in the sun and sea. Your package adventure includes a sunset sail and plenty of those Classic After-Dinner Mess Arounds that the OM place is known for. Enjoy complimentary access to bikes, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and snorkel gear. Your itinerary is built for enjoyment whether you are lounging in a hammock with a passion fruit caipirinha, snorkeling with the nurse sharks by the bar, getting your dog down at Serenity Point, or paddle boarding the afternoon away (first person to spot 25 red starfish wins)! Accommodations on the island are in beautiful thatch roof cabanas either over the water or ocean front. Rooms are available with two twin beds or 1 king bed accommodating single or double occupancy. All rooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning, filtered water, hammocks and private bathrooms. Wi-Fi available at the bar. Pack a smile. Leave your shoes at home. MEET YOUR LEADER: ERIN SMITH
Erin Smith, ERYT, CNL, MLS, is the happy owner of the OM place, a yoga studio in Kentucky that just celebrated 20 years in business. She is a therapeutically-inclined yoga teacher, certified mindfulness coach, women’s wellness coach, and the host of the OM channel, an online yoga and mindfulness channel. She is the published author of Sensible Wellness and a weekly columnist about living with purpose for WinCity News.
Her passion is helping people make friends with present-moment awareness, eat real food, move their bodies, get outside, and hit the pillow a little earlier. When she’s not standing on her head or typing on her trusty laptop, you’ll find her reading, playing guitar, hiking in the woods, enjoying a glass of bourbon, or snuggling with her people and pets.
